Our Mission
The Gloucester County Hawks Football organization is dedicated to developing young athletes for the next level of football competition. We provide a structured, positive environment where players learn fundamental skills, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Our program has been to and won youth championships, and we continue to prepare our players for success both on the field and in life.
Our goal is to build a championship culture through year-round dedication in the classroom and the weight room. Creating young men that are leaders not just on the field but within the school community that hold each other to the highest standards of excellence in both.
Our Story
The Gloucester County Hawks Football organization was established in 2022 with a clear vision: to provide youth in Gloucester County with a high-quality football program that develops both athletic skills and character.
Since our founding, we have been committed to developing young athletes for the next level of football. Our program emphasizes proper technique, safety, teamwork, and sportsmanship. We've had the privilege of competing in and winning youth championships, demonstrating the quality of our coaching and the dedication of our players.
Today, the Hawks serve players from ages 7-14 across four competitive divisions. Our experienced coaching staff works with each player to develop their skills and prepare them for the next level of competition, whether that's high school football or beyond.
